For our client, an independent Swiss Asset Management Company with a FINMA license in the canton Zug, we are looking for:
Relationship Manager East Europe & Central Asia (m/f/d) 100%
Responsibilities:
- Develop existing and establishing new client relationships, utilising your experience of financial markets and in-depth knowledge of the wealth management business.
- Effectively maintain trusted long-term relationships with clients (private and/or corporate) through excellent networking skills.
- Provide high quality support services that meet client needs, goals and expectations.
- Proactively offer banking support products, investment products and family office services to clients based on deep understanding of the subject area.
- Maintain high standards of client interaction and comply with procedures in accordance with the Swiss regulatory framework.
Requirements:
- University degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in banking or wealth management and working with high net worth individuals and/or large corporate clients (as a relationship manager or investment advisor in banks or external asset managements).
- Sustainable client portfolio with development potential.
- Extensive network in East Europe/ Central Asia countries of potential HNW/UHNW clients. The same network in the MENA region or in Tichino is an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant Swiss regulatory topics (AML, cross-border requirements, etc.). Good understanding of the Swiss/EU legislative framework for the core area.
- Willingness to travel and work with a flexible schedule.
- Fluency in English and Russian. Italian or German will be an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- EU/EFTA-passport or a valid work permit (C or B) for Switzerland.
