Client Relationship Manager (Wealth Management) 100%
Primary location: Cyprus (preferred). Other locations such as Dubai or London may be considered depending on candidate profile and circumstances.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (Wealth Management) to join an international platform working with HNW/UHNW clients.
This role focuses on building and managing long-term client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service, and acting as the key link between clients and internal teams.
Please note: this is not an investment role — you will not manage portfolios or make investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW/UHNW clients
- Understand clients’ financial goals and ensure ongoing engagement
- Manage client onboarding in coordination with Compliance and Risk (KYC, MiFID II)
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the investment team
- Communicate investment strategies and manage client expectations
- Ensure high-quality client service and handle requests professionally
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Your Profile:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (CFA/CAIA is a plus)
- 5+ years in wealth management, private banking, or asset management
- Experience working with HNW/UHNW clients
- Strong understanding of client advisory in a regulated environment (MiFID II)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English; Russian and/or Greek are a plus
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and responsibility
